Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics in Hazle Township, PA, seeks an Office Manager to direct general office activities at the cold storage facility, oversee customer service and administration, and assist the General Manager with accounting and inbound/outbound traffic. Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Two to five years of warehouse office experience and/or leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• WMS/Blue Yonder experience is preferred; proficiency with Blue Yonder after 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct general office activities at the cold storage facility and oversee customer service and administration.
• Assist the General Manager with accounting/financial reporting and inbound and outbound traffic.
• Set work schedules and manage staffing, including overtime approvals and wage/hour compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues, supporting sales efforts as needed.
• Hire, coach and manage a staff of customer service and/or administrative workers.
