Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a capable administrator to lead customer service and office operations at the Hazle Township cold storage facility. You will support General Manager with accounting and inbound/outbound traffic, while ensuring high-quality customer service and policy adherence.

The role requires coordinating schedules, supervising staff, and improving processes to meet daily operations and service goals.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Two to five years of warehouse office experience and/or leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
• Ability to take initiative and handle various tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• WMS/Blue Yonder experience is preferred. Proficiency with Blue Yonder is required after 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Align customer service and administration efforts within a cold storage facility and coordinate operational and sales efforts with other leaders.
• Oversee customer service coordinators' performance on day-to-day operations; plan and schedule the workforce according to projections and budgets.
• Review records and reports (production, payroll, shipping) to verify details and evaluate performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, fielding calls from high-need/volume customers and addressing concerns.
• Hire, coach and manage a staff of customer service and/or administrative workers; coordinate coverage as needed.
• Research, compile, and prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, and information required by management or government agencies.
