The role emphasizes effective listening, documentation, and collaboration to meet team targets. A high school diploma and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years Customer Service experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good listening skills with high accuracy.
• Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound caller inquiries about general claim or benefit questions and status requests.
• Work with clients in a consultative manner in accordance with laws, policies, and procedures.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve account matters.
• Maintain and document information on customer accounts.
• Process calls from internal team members with inquiries on benefits or policies.
• Maintain accounts and update information in databases.
