Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administrative assistance to internal and external Service Center customers. The position offers an hourly rate based on experience and a robust benefits package to support employees and their families.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, professional appearance, and a 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal or external customers.
• Assist in scheduling services, processing payments, and updating customer files.
• Make outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Work in a team atmosphere to meet monthly service center goals.
