Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training available).
• Ability to correctly apply fractions, percentages and ratios.
• Mobility to move across uneven terrain indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Handle electronic order entry and processing using ERP software.
• Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Submit and code bills and invoices to AP for payment.
• Work with Sales and Ops to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Support Sales with accurate pricing and resolve inquiries.
• Prepare reports under manager’s supervision.
• Aid team in administrative tasks.
