Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join our team in supporting order processing, product selection, and inventory management. This role may assist in the warehouse, stock and deliver items, operate a forklift, and help maintain a safe, organized environment.
You will work closely with Sales and Operations to maintain inventory levels, handle electronic order entry in JD Edwards ERP, respond to inquiries, and prepare reports under a manager's supervision.

A Customer Service Representative II works in all aspects of customer service, including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and supporting general branch needs.
The base compensation for this position ranges from $17.45 to $23.29 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
