Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join our team in supporting order processing, product selection, and inventory management. This role may assist in the warehouse, stock and deliver items, operate a forklift, and help maintain a safe, organized environment.

You will work closely with Sales and Operations to maintain inventory levels, handle electronic order entry in JD Edwards ERP, respond to inquiries, and prepare reports under a manager's supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP.
• Ability to apply basic math concepts (fractions, percentages, and ratios).
• Mobility to move safely across varying terrain.

Responsibilities

• Handle electronic order entry and processing using ERP.
• Respond to customer sales inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Code bills and invoices for payment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to maintain inventory levels.
• Perform monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Support Sales with accurate pricing and resolve inquiries.
• Prepare reports under supervisor.
• Assist team with administrative tasks.
