Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Customer Service Representative II in Hart, MI. You will handle order entry, answer sales inquiries, and support inventory management across the Sales and Operations teams.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with JD Edwards ERP. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; flexibility to assist in warehouse tasks is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training provided).
• Ability to apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• Mobility to move across uneven terrain indoors and outdoors.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle electronic order entry and processing using JD Edwards ERP.
• Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Support the Sales Team with accurate pricing and resolve inquiries.
• Prepare reports under manager’s supervision.
• Aid team members in administrative tasks.
