Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to handle customer service requests, appointment bookings, questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with courtesy and professionalism to resolve issues with one-call resolution.

This role supports day-to-day operations, handles calls by phone, email, and chat, updates customer records, and assists dispatch and scheduling to improve speed of response. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year experience in customer service or similar environment.
• Experience with computers and related systems in an administrative office environment is required.
• Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route or answer inquiries.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Dispositions calls in call monitoring software and assist with scheduling and dispatch as needed.
• Provide status updates to customers and coordinate with Sales/Service teams.
• Ensure on-time attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
