Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer service experience in an office setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Mon-Fri 9a-6p with alternating weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Serve as liaison between customers, technicians, sales, and management to coordinate service needs.
• Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments.
• Maintain and update customer records for future reference.
• Provide information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and urgency.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base of evolving products and services.
• Participate in in-house training on products and software.
• Other duties as assigned.
