Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer service experience in an office environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, sales, and management to address service needs.
• Efficiently schedule service and maintenance appointments.
• Maintain and update customer records for easy future reference.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to help customers decide.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and urgency.
