• Provide top notch customer service to potential or existing customers.
• Address and resolve all customer questions and complaints within a timely manner.
• Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure that customer inquiries are directed to the appropriate department and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide top notch customer service to potential or existing customers.

• Answer allotted calls in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Perform A/R duties as required.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department.
• Perform outbound renewal calls as directed.
• Punctual & consistent reporting to work.
• Adherence to all company standards of behavior, policies and procedures.
• Obtain a high level of customer satisfaction & retention.
