Secor Lumber Co., Inc. is seeking a Basic Customer Service Representative to uphold our positive brand by delivering an outstanding customer experience on the sales floor.

You will work independently and with Advanced Customer Service staff to assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain a welcoming environment. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, including loading shipments and processing orders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person or by phone and help them find merchandise.
• Receive and stock merchandise across departments.
• Maintain a clean, inviting sales floor and respond to promotions and new products.
• Process special orders as needed.
• Assist in inventory and price lookups and order entry.
• Help load products into customers’ vehicles and provide add-on sales.
• Follow store policies, safety standards, and training programs.
