PLS is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our stores in the Los Angeles area. You will deliver outstanding service, educate customers on our financial products, and ensure transactions comply with applicable laws.

Ideal candidates will have strong verbal communication, English fluency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening are essential.
• Fluency in English required; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Educate customers on products and services.
• Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to Store Manager as needed.
