Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in transportation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner.
• Provide rate quotes, sales bids, shipment status, and Bill of Lading assistance.
• Respond to customer issues and questions promptly.
• Assist with internal and external customers with OD services.
