Job summary

HGS is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle billing inquiries, assist with payments, and upgrade/downgrade services from a home-based setup. You will use multiple systems to research products, document interactions, and provide solutions with a consultative approach.

The role emphasizes ownership of issues, exceptional communication, and a customer-centric attitude, with coaching sessions to meet KPIs in a flexible, work-from-home environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to own issue resolution and coaching/feedback.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through inbound calls and field queries on billing, payments, and services.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and provide product recommendations.
• Take ownership of issues and drive resolution to improve the customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and outcomes in the appropriate system.
• Strive to create a WOW experience with clear communication and speed of service.
• Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions with your supervisor.
