Job summary

Smart Resources Group in Salt Lake City is seeking a Call Center Representative to support our distribution center operations. You will handle inbound and outbound customer communications about orders, shipments, product inquiries, and general support with accuracy and professionalism.

Training is full-time Monday–Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, followed by a schedule of Wednesday through Saturday 8:30am–4:30pm. You will collaborate with warehouse teams, process orders, and document interactions to

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, order management systems).

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding orders, shipping status, returns, and product questions.
Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to track and update order statuses.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges in internal systems.
Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately.
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
