Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our stores, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage inventory.

You’ll work with a supportive team, participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University, and have access to benefits including health insurance options, paid holidays, vacation time, 401(k) plans, and potential advancement opportunities at nationwide locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Strong customer service mindset and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and answer customer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
