Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team, helping customers with rentals and equipment, and ensuring a smooth experience at our centers.

You will use smartphone-based U-Scan to dispatch and return equipment, move trucks, inspect units, and educate customers on our products. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot; check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
