Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Indiana is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional member support, greet visitors, handle inquiries, process purchases, and promote fitness classes in a fast-paced Planet Fitness club.

The position starts at $12 per hour with Schedule Option A or B. The company offers hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year, contingent on anniversary dates and performance.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
