Job summary

National Fitness Partners, a leading Planet Fitness franchise, seeks a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis. This full-time role offers starting pay at $12 per hour with scheduled shifts Mon-Thu 2p-10p and Fri 1p-9p. Hourly increases occur at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on tenure.

You'll handle member interactions, sign-ups, and point-of-sale transactions, while promoting fitness classes and maintaining a safe, welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• No formal education required beyond entry-level availability.
• Customer-facing role experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and sign up new members.
• Log amenities and respond to member questions promptly.
• Process beverage/merchandise purchases at POS.
• Promote fitness classes to members.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment.
