CCRC Child Care Resource Center is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist parents, providers, and stakeholders through in-person and phone interactions at the Customer Support Center. The role includes data entry, document handling, and general clerical support.

Under supervision, you will operate the main switchboard, verify enrollments, log communications, and maintain accurate records. This project-based position ends June 30, 2028, with potential for internal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service and Communication: serve as the first point of contact for parents, providers, and other interested parties in person and over the phone; operate the Agency’s main telephone switchboard using ACD software; greet visitors and verify family enrollment; provide clear, courteous communication and accurate data entry into CCS logs.
• Document and Data Management: receive, organize, and process mail and documents; log documents in the CSC Database; date-stamp and forward to correct departments; maintain records.
• Clerical and Administrative Support: perform scanning, photocopying, filing, faxing, typing, and mail processing; support operations by coordinating with other departments.
