Job summary

Mygrant Glass, based in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients. You will handle calls, process orders and payments, assist with returns, manage accounts, and help coordinate inventory at the branch.

You will support branch operations with professionalism and care, ensuring accurate service in a fast-paced environment. This non-exempt role reports to the Branch Manager in a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of Microsoft products and basic data entry.
• Typing speed around 30 wpm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process returns.
• Process daily cash, credit cards, and check deposits with accurate data entry.
• Assist with inventory coordination and warehouse interactions.
• Interact with customers by phone and in person with information and assistance.
• Manage customer accounts with discretion and escalate concerns as needed.
• Handle complaints and provide solutions within time limits; follow up.
• Keep records of customer interactions and file documents.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries.
