Job summary

Mygrant Glass in Northlake, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enter customer orders for auto glass parts, process payments, assist with inventory, and help customers over the phone and in person. Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process customer returns.
• Process daily cash, credit cards, and check deposits with accurate data entry.
• Assist with inventory by interacting with operation warehouse inventory control.
• Interact with customers via telephone and in-person, providing information and assistance.
• Manage customer accounts with discretion and resolve concerns as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions and file documents.
• Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls.
• Develop working knowledge of evolving products and services to better serve customers.
