Job summary

Mygrant Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle orders, returns, and inquiries near Forest Park, GA. You will assist customers in person and by phone, processing payments, and supporting inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Strong phone and people skills; able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process returns.
• Handle daily cash, credit card, and check deposits with accurate data entry.
• Assist with inventory with warehouse inventory control.
• Interact with customers via phone and in person to provide information and assistance.
• Manage customer accounts and upscale customer concerns as needed.
• Handle complaints and provide solutions within time limits; follow up.
