• Provide payoff quotes, bill of sales, final invoices.
• Assist customers with online registration.
• Advise customers by phone or in writing about loan information.
• Process title and lien releases.
• Provide documentation support for administration department.
• Prepare check transmittals for cash receipts.
• Maintain logs and reports.
• Assist title and insurance department as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
