• Maintain logs and reports.
• Assist title and insurance department as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requisition Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account support. This role handles loan account servicing, payoff quotes, bill of sale requests, final invoices, and online registration assistance while ensuring a positive customer experience. The position also coordinates title and lien release processing, manages toll violation accounts, prepares cash receipt documentation, and maintains accurate operational records and reports. In addition, the Customer Service Representative supports title, insurance, and administrative functions, contributing to the efficient and accurate execution of day-to-day business operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The position is based on Lewisville, TX and hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST as coverage is needed coast to coast.
