Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of administrative or sales support experience, preferably in a financial environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high-quality customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Proficient PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, DocuWare, and typing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administrate and process retail, direct loan and lease contracts with compliance and timeliness.
• Prepare direct loan, lease contracts and supporting documentation on request.
• Prepare and process rewrites, refinances and transfer of equities and supporting documents.
• Set up and maintain customer account information in loan processing systems.
• Generate and distribute internal operating documents and reports.
• Conduct and assist with follow-up activities in title and insurance tracking systems.
• Provide administrative support to dealers, customers and management.
• Provide telephone back-up for Area Receptionist and assist with special projects.
