Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls in a call center to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Handle somewhat complex inquiries and non-routine issues beyond entry level.
• Perform order entry and invoicing under established automation controls.
• Maintain 94% call answer rate in the ACD system and secure payments.
• Monitor orders, follow up on installations and communicate with Sales/CSRs.
• Keep customers informed and resolve issues per policy.
