Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders at the distribution center and by phone.
• Assist in pricing quotes and orders.
• Balance daily invoice edits.
• Audit open order reports weekly.
• Follow up on customer credits.
• Manage invoicing for COD and open-term accounts.
• Set up new customer codes and terms.
• Assist with furnish and install invoicing and installer payables.
• Distribute mail and handle inbound calls; support bookkeeping matters.
• Perform various administrative duties.
