Responsibilities

• Manages orders and tracking information using multiple systems (e.g., DHL, FedEx).
• Provides product and warranty information and resolves issues with professionalism.
• Escalates unresolved issues to supervisors as needed.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and privacy regulations (PII/PCI).
