Daily duties include handling inquiries via phone, email, and website, coordinating deliveries, and processing orders across channels. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and strong benefits.

What You'll Do

As our Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the crucial link between Midwest Salt and our valued customers. You'll handle the complete customer journey—from initial orders to delivery scheduling and issue resolution. Your ability to make the ordering process simple and seamless will directly impact our customers' satisfaction and loyalty.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely communication with customers

• Resolving product concerns, billing questions, and other customer inquiries

Position Details

• Salary: $48,000-$53,000. Bonus eligible.

• Location: On-site in Winfield, IL

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Summer hours) and 7:30am-5:30pm (Winter Hours)

• Type: Full-time, entry-level position
