Customer Service Specialist

Do you have at least one year of customer service experience and want to work with a fun team in a call center environment? Do you have excellent communication skills and capable of making 40-50 calls a day? We are looking for a customer service professional for a wonderful new temp-to-hire opportunity in Rancho Cordova, CA. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem, troubleshooting, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer service database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
