The Role

You will be the first point of contact, handling calls, emails, and web inquiries from consumers. Your customer service skills will be essential in providing professional and detailed responses. You will support a variety of brands, requiring you to stay knowledgeable about all products and processes to effectively assist our consumers.

Enjoy your weekends off! Our lines are open 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance! Work from home!

What you need?

  • Exceptionally customer-focused
  • Fluent in Italian (verbal and written)
  • B2 level in Spanish and English
  • Computer literate with the ability to navigate systems
  • Committed to resolving customer queries aligned with corporate values and brand image, with a solution-driven mindset
  • Good telephone manner and understanding of social media channels and best practices in social communication
  • Excellent soft skills, including:
