What you will do
  1. Handle all customer service needs and support for our European customers.
  2. Take ownership of individual customer queries from start to finish, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes.
  3. Manage the order fulfillment process.
  4. Listen and respond to customer needs and concerns.
  5. Research answers or solutions as needed.
  6. Resolve customer queries and update system accounts accordingly.
  7. Record details of customer conversations and actions taken.
  8. Work to improve customer service by monitoring support communications.
  9. Support other areas across the business as needed.
About you
  • Experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Bilingual in written and verbal French & English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle various contact types including Chat, Email, and Phone calls.
  • Situational awareness to identify and escalate urgent matters.

Location: Remote (willing to travel to Eindhoven when required)

Working Hours: Variable shifts, including some evenings and weekends
