Job Overview :
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Remote Online Customer Service Specialist to assist with hotel and travel bookings. In this fully remote role, you’ll respond to client inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth, positive travel planning experience. This is a commission-based, independent contractor position with the flexibility to work from home or anywhere with a stable internet connection.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries regarding hotel and travel bookings via phone, email, or messaging platforms
Confirm booking details and ensure reservation accuracy
Process payments, generate invoices, and maintain organized booking records
Handle special requests, changes, or cancellations in a professional and timely manner
Recommend travel options that suit client preferences, budgets, and styles
Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process
Stay informed on supplier updates, discounts, and accommodation offerings
Qualifications :
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer proficiency and comfort using online systems

Fluency in English (bilingual is a plus)
