Job summary

RiverStone Group in Moline, IL is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver friendly, fast service to business and residential customers in-person, over the phone, and by email. The role handles transactions, refunds, and exchanges while maintaining an organized showroom.

You will support inventory, process invoices, and coordinate with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly. The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong math and organizational skills to process orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Accurately process transactions, refunds, returns, and exchanges.
• Communicate proactively with customers and vendors via email to ensure seamless project coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom that showcases our product offerings.
• Manage inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of daily operations.
• Organize daily cash flow records and process invoices efficiently
• Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to assist the team and business operations
