Job summary

Kesslers Diamonds in Downtown Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Client Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service and keep daily store operations running smoothly.

You will greet clients, handle transactions with our POS system, manage inventory and special orders, answer phones, process shipments, and work with the team to ensure client satisfaction in a friendly, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or office support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a desire to have fun every day!
