Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to handle inbound calls professionally and perform outbound follow-ups. You will coordinate with multiple business locations to meet customer needs promptly and ensure adherence to location policies.

You will serve as a liaison among Business Units, providing information for daily functions and maintaining high levels of service tailored to each customer's request.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 2 to 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Make outbound calls for issue resolution and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with multiple locations to meet customer needs.
• Liaise with each Business Unit for daily information.
• Deliver high level of customer service per request.
• Other duties as assigned.
