New Tech Machinery (NTM) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary internal customer facing member of the service team in Aurora, CO. You will handle calls and web requests for parts and service, open cases, prepare quotes and sales orders, and perform essential clerical duties.

The role requires strong communication skills, CRM/case management experience, and solid PC literacy. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with tech/military experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, technical school or military experience a plus.
• Experience with CRM and case management systems preferred.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Overall PC literacy (Microsoft Office) required.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and web requests for parts and service; direct calls to service technicians.
• Open service cases, prepare quotes and sales orders.
• Clerical work: recording order information, digitalizing paperwork, filing.
• Support the service and sales team and manage customer relations.
• Ensure safety and adherence to NTM Core Values.
