Job summary

Uline in Allentown, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service on-site. This role emphasizes training, growth, and a path to long-term career success in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle orders, answer questions about products, pricing and shipping, and assist customers via phone, email and chat. A high school diploma is required and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!

• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
