Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Service Administrator in Hudson, Ohio to support post-sale inquiries, schedule service calls, and review field tickets for quality assurance. You will answer questions professionally while maintaining a positive, courteous approach with internal and external customers.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service and office experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for Leaf Home installation and service teams at the local office.
