Job Description

• Independently manage multiple locations, spending time indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits
• Manage customer payments, send reminders, and make collection calls

Physical Requirements

• Lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and groundskeeping

Qualifications

Experience: Customer service or sales experience in retail, restaurant, fast food, or service industries

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available)
