Job Responsibilities

• Work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and promote packing/moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability
• Manage cash drawers and deposits
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in/around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping and exterior grounds upkeep

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, or service industries preferred.

Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle (mileage reimbursement available).
