Job Description

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions, and sell packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to walk in/around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, spending up to 50% of time outdoors.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping and groundskeeping.

Qualifications

Experience: Candidates from customer service, retail, restaurant, or service-based backgrounds are encouraged.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available).
