Job Title: Property Manager

Pay Rate: Earn $15.50 Per Hour

Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability
• Manage cash drawers and bank deposits
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections

Physical Requirements

• Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and groundskeeping

Qualifications

Experience: Background in customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or service industry preferred

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required; mileage reimbursement available
