PARENT EDUCATION BRIDGE FOR STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT FOUNDATION LLC seeks a motivated Customer Service & School Outreach Center Coordinator. You will connect with school staff, introduce educational programs and parent workshops, respond to inquiries, and help schools identify services that meet family needs.

Qualifications

• Call center experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or consultative sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• School Outreach: Make a high volume of outbound calls to introduce programs and connect with school personnel responsible for scheduling parent workshops.
• Customer Service: Respond to calls and emails promptly, answer questions clearly, and provide friendly, professional support.
• Consultative Sales: Listen to each school’s needs, recommend relevant programs, and help move inquiries toward confirmed orders.
• Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with school contacts through consistent communication and reliable follow-up.
• Coordination: Assist with meeting requests, workshop quotes, and purchase order follow-up with internal team.
• Accurate Documentation: Record contact information, outreach activities, and next steps in our CRM system.

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, professional, and motivated communicator to join our growing school outreach team. In this role, you will connect with school staff, introduce our educational programs and parent workshops, respond to inquiries, and help schools identify services that meet the needs of their families.

Required Availability: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
