Job summary

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based upon experience.

As the first point of contact, you will handle inbound calls, assist with scheduling service, collect payments, update files, and connect with customers via outbound calls to keep technicians scheduled and accounts paid.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal or external customers.
• Handle incoming calls to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Assist in scheduling service, collecting payment, and updating customer files.
• Make outbound calls to keep technicians scheduled and accounts paid.
• Work in a team atmosphere to meet monthly service center goals.
• Utilize computer skills and problem-solving to create a great customer experience.
