Stark Exterminators, part of Arrow Exterminators, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Biloxi, MS to provide front-line service support and administrative assistance to our service center customers.

In this role you will handle calls, schedule service, process payments, and maintain accurate customer records while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a on-site position in Biloxi with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Handle incoming calls to schedule service, collect payments, and update customer files.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Work in a team atmosphere to meet the service center's monthly goals.
