Olathe Ford RV Center seeks a proactive Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support Rental, Service, Sales and Marketing. You will photograph inventory, craft video content, edit images, and help manage customer data in dealership systems. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and comfort with CRM/DMS and social media tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to learn CRM/DMS and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Photograph RV inventory and present units professionally.
• Create short-form videos and content for inventory and marketing.
• Edit photos and upload to the website; assist marketing.
• Support Rental and Service with clerical tasks and scheduling.
• Log customer and vehicle data in dealership systems; learn CRM/DMS.
